PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS OVERVIEW
- Fill in the booking form to book a session.
- A few weeks before the session week, a display poster will be sent to centre, along with an information pack consisting sample of my images, pricing & packages and a registration link.
- Parents register using QR code / link provided. There's a $25 registration per child, which can be fully claimed from purchase.
- Parents choose their photo days, a list will be also sent to the centre the week before the session.
- Parents are notified when the photo galleries are ready via email.
- Ordering window is 7 days, prints will be delivered to centre 2 weeks afterwards.

FAQ for Centres
When do you capture the staff portraits?
A.Staff portraits are captured during photo week as part of the complimentary service. Please select this service on the form while booking. Eetane will be in touch prior to session week to work out the best day(s).
What is the turnaround time for sessions, galleries, prints delivery?
A.It depends on the number of children in the centre and the registration. Generally it takes 2-4 days for up to 120 enrolled children. Photo galleries are ready 2 weeks after the session week, ordering window is 7 days, then print delivery 2 weeks after that.
Any cash or order handling by the centres?
A.Not at all! Everything is streamlined and paperless. All you have to do is schedule the photo week, sit back and relax!
Where do you photograph the children?
A.Generally in the outdoor areas of the centre, the natural light produce beautiful results like the ones displayed on sample galleries. Eetane will work with educators during session week. On rainy weather the images will be captured undercover (if there's one) and some indoor. If there's thunderstorms where photographing is deemed to be unsafe then a postponement will be discussed and scheduled.
Do you photograph siblings?
A.Yes, Eetane photograph siblings that attend the same centre as a complimentary service when each sibling is registered for individual portraits.
Do you photograph group / class photos?
A.Yes Eetane offers group photo for Kinder age children. Most centres love composite style (best individual photo of each child on one print) as it accounts for every child in the group despite the attendance days, we also offer traditional style on request.
What happens if children are absent / sick on their allocated photo day?
A.Eetane will communicate with centre / parents to reschedule for a different day during photo week. Registration fee will be refunded if it can't be rescheduled.
Do you provide all materials for the photography session?
A.Absolutely! Eetane will contact the centre 4 weeks before the session and provide a display poster consisting a QR code for registratation, there's also an information pack for parents too.
Do you have Working with Children Check and Public Liability insurance?
A.Yes, proof of documents are available on requests.
What is the registration for?
A.The current Victoria state guidelines requires parents/ guardian permission's for a child to be photographed, the registration form consist of parents' permission, privacy and terms of service.
The registration fee is $25 per child which covers Eetane's time and talent in photographing, curating, editing, and uploading images to private galleries for viewing. The fee can be fully claimed towards the purchase in your private gallery, and is only refundable if your child is unwell or absent during the photo week.
What is the process of having new staff portraits taken during the year (after the photo week)?
A.Eetane offers discounted packages for additional staff portraits outside the photo week. Packages starts at $495 for 5 staff portraits, which includes travel, sitting fee and fully edited digital + matching 4x6 print per staff member.
